Banana and Cashew Bircher
INGREDIENTS SERVES 2
- M&S Pure Honey
- 240ml M&S Cashew Milk
- 60g M&S British Oat Porridge
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 15g toasted hazelnuts
- 40g blueberries
- 1 large apple
PREPARATION
Slice the bananas. Roughly chop the toasted hazelnuts. Grate the large apples.
METHOD
- 1 Soak the oats, milk, apple and blueberries in the fridge overnight.
- 2 In the morning, sprinkle with the nuts and top with the banana. For a richer texture add a scoop of coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of honey if liked.
