Banana and Cashew Bircher

INGREDIENTS SERVES 2

  • M&S Pure Honey
  • 240ml M&S Cashew Milk
  • 60g M&S British Oat Porridge
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 15g toasted hazelnuts
  • 40g blueberries
  • 1 large apple

PREPARATION

Slice the bananas. Roughly chop the toasted hazelnuts. Grate the large apples.

METHOD

  1. 1 Soak the oats, milk, apple and blueberries in the fridge overnight.
  2. 2 In the morning, sprinkle with the nuts and top with the banana. For a richer texture add a scoop of coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of honey if liked.
